Madison Street Capital Wins Debt Financing Deal Of The Year Award

There is cause for celebration at the offices of Madison Street Capital. This company has recently won the award for Debt Financing Deal of the Year given by the M&A Advisor at its 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards last Nov. 13, 2017. It was not clear if this is the first time that the company has received this distinction. The company won the award for the advice it has given to a WLR Automotive transaction.

Madison’s achievements, according to M&A, stood out among the most impressive candidates that they have considered.



On his part, Charles Botchway, CEO of Madison Street Capital, said that receiving the M&A Advisor Award for 2017 in the category of Debt Financing is an honor. He also shared the honors with WLR Automotive, and Barry Peterson, Madison’s Senior Managing Director. Peterson is the company’s lead on the transaction. Apart from this award, Madison was also a finalist for the Financials Deal of the Year (below 250 MM) and the Boutique Investment Banking Firm of the Year awards.



This was the premiere event of the year for the M&A Dealmakers.
